What’s included in the rental price?
Our transparent pricing includes delivery, pickup, and disposal fees. When you request a quote, we’ll ask for your address, the bin size you need, the rental duration, and the type of waste you’ll be disposing of. This helps us provide you with the most accurate and competitive quote possible.
What can I put in the skip bin?
Our skip bins are perfect for a variety of waste types, including:
- Light construction waste (treated and untreated wood, carpet, dried paint, bricks, pebbles, rocks, asphalt, scrap metal, timber waste, tiles)
- General household waste
- Green waste
- Industrial waste
- Heavy mixed waste
Please note that we cannot accept hazardous materials like asbestos, liquid paints, flammable goods, sharps, poisons, toxic waste, gas bottles, batteries, food waste, tyres, and other harmful chemicals.
How full can I fill the skip bin?
For safety and legal reasons, skip bins must not be filled above the rim. Please ensure waste is loaded evenly to prevent spillage during transport.
Do you offer skip bins with doors?
Yes, we do! Several of our skip bin sizes are available with convenient wheelbarrow access doors. Check our website for details.
How far in advance do I need to book a skip bin?
We often offer same-day delivery, but we recommend booking at least two days in advance to secure your preferred bin size and delivery time. During peak periods like long weekends and holidays, booking earlier is advisable.
How long can I keep the skip bin?
Our standard rental period is 7 days, but we can often accommodate extensions if needed. Just let us know in advance, and additional charges may apply.
When will my full skip bin be picked up?
You can schedule a pickup anytime within your rental period. Just give us a call, and we’ll arrange for prompt removal.
What if my skip bin is overloaded?
For safety reasons, overloaded skip bins cannot be transported. If your bin is overloaded, our driver may remove excess items and leave them in a neat pile nearby.
What types of harmful waste aren’t accepted?
Waste types that we don’t accept include asbestos, liquid paints, flammable goods, sharps, poisons, toxic waste, gas bottles, batteries, food waste, tyres, and other harmful chemicals.
Is there a height restriction for filling the skip bin?
Yes, please fill the skip bin only to the rim to prevent spillage and ensure safe transport. Overloaded bins are illegal to transport.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily. If you have a preferred placement location (like your driveway), please let us know when booking. Otherwise, we’ll choose a safe and accessible spot.

We’ll place the bin wherever you prefer, but we recommend your driveway for easy access and removal.

You can pay for your skip bin via cash, or EFTPOS which can be done conveniently over the phone when ordering. We also offer invoicing for our industrial/commercial clients.

All hires are bound by our Terms and Conditions which contain full details on late payments.
